How to stop my two phones connecting when close to each other

i have two iPhones, when I put them near each other they make a annoying noise and connect to each other, how do I stop this?

In iOS 17 what does the black "iPhone Connected" banner mean? I have two iPhones, named "iPhone 12" and "iPhone 14 Pro Max", respectively, one for work and one personal, and both are signed in with my Apple ID. I've just upgraded them both to iOS 17. Now when I stack them to put them in my pocket, if they are both unlocked, there's a tone, and then a black banner at the top of the screen on the 14 says "iPhone 12 / connected" and a black banner at the top of the screen on the 12 says "iPhone 14 Pro Max / connected". If I click on either banner nothing happens. If I swipe it in any direction it goes away. The tone is annoying and and if the iPhones are doing something (maybe syncing something?) Or are they telling me they are ready to do something, and if so, what? I wonder if this behavior is related to the feature for exchanging contacts with another user by bringing the phones together, but since both of these phones are mine that doesn't seem applicable. What is this behavior and what purpose does it serve?

Interference from other iPhones through Bluetooth I have an iPhone 16 and did not have this issue with my previous iPhone 14. When I am connected to a bluetooth speaker, I get interference because it looks like other people's iphones are trying and successfully connecting to my iPhone through Bluetooth. There is no "i" after these devices and not identifying name - just iPhone. I cannot "forget" the device or disconnect from these devices. It causes my speaker to cut in and out. This seems to be a potentially big security/privacy risk if a random person can connect to my phone. I cannot find answers anywhere on the forums.

How do I stop my iPhone from randomly connecting to my MacBook? My iPhone likes to connect to my MacBook periodically throughout the day. I don't know what benefit it might give me, but I definitely know the drawbacks. It makes an annoying sound, and even interrupts some services, such as Spotify--which technically keeps playing, on my MacBook, but I guess is trying to play the audio through my phone, but still not making any sound on either device. How do I tell my phone to never connect to my computer again?!

I hope this get's a reply with an answer. This is absolutely obnoxious. I have a work phone and a personal phone on me 24 hours a day. At lest 30 times a day these things do this when I stack them. Apple, please give me a solution to this obnoxious feature I never asked for and do not want.
