Dear support team, I had unexpected automatic payment from my bank account to ITUNES.COM IE and it happened 2times already. Please help me to solve this issue. BR
I have received messages from my bank that there was an unexplained payment from my account to ITUNES.COM IE in October 17 after 19:00(Tbilisi time) with amount 7.99$. As my bank consultant informed me later the same payment happened last month as well.
please help me to solve this issue, not to cut anymore bills after that and if it is possible to return the previous payments too, as much as I haven’t use ITUNES at all.
