Macbook serial number beginning with an F
I bought a "supposedly" brand new macbook air M1 from Amazon. The serial number begins with "F". Does that mean it's refurbished? I'm very scared!

Please allow me to rephrase: Any reference to the letter “F” at the beginning of a serial does not denote refurbished status.
For the model numbers:
M = New
N = Replacement
P = Personalized
F = Refurbished
>>Any reference to the letter F at the beginning, would be for the model number, not the serial number. <<
That does not appear to be true. The serial number for my 13" MacBook Air M1 begins with FVF...
No, that is not an indication of a refurbished unit.
Any reference to the letter F at the beginning, would be for the model number, not the serial number.
That's a relief sir, can you please elaborate more?
