Connectivity issue

My iPhone 13 won’t connect to Gmail or YouTube on cellular. It

only connects on WiFi. Please help

Can see a few reasons/fixes:

Check cellular data limits;
Enable cellular data for those apps in Settings - Mobile Service;
Toggle airplane mode;
Restart iPhone;
Disable/Enable Cellular;
Reposition SIM card;
iOS updates.

Thanks however none of those worked. It says it’s an ssl error that isn’t connecting to google servers. Any help?
