Apple Air Pods Pro 2 Ear Fitting Product Hello, Does apple sell a test product for ears. My girlfriend had irregular ears and it's very difficult to find a proper ear piece to fit.the ear. I was wondering if apple has test kits. I'm just worried about spending over $300 and not being able to return them because they are uncomfortable for her. Any advice?

Using Air Pod Pro Hearing Device after taking the Hearing Test? Why do the online instructions send me to a dead-end situation where they want the test results either scanned or manually entered? Neither method has any meaning to me, nor are instructions given for acheiving all this.

Return them for a refund. You only have 14 days from date of purchase if bought from Apple.

If you plan on keeping them regardless, try third party foam tips.
