While downloading applications at apple mac book it shows that version required 12.0 but when I tried to update its show there is no updates

While downloading applications at apple mac book it shows that version required 12.0 but when I tried to update its shows there is no updates.,what should i do to install applications.?

I THINK you're referring to MacOS 12, which is Monterey.


The MacOS you can upgrade to depends on how old your Mac is. You can check this by clicking on the Apple menu and choosing About This Mac.
