SO today when I was at work I had my phone in my pocket and some how it kept putting the wrong passcode in till it locked me out. then to top it off I don't remember my iCloud password so I been trying to reset it but have felled
Step 1: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support - you will need this before you proceed. Then:
If your device has iOS 17, you may be able to use a previous passcode→Temporarily use your old passcode when you forget your new passcode on iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If your device has iOS 15.2 or later installed, you can reset it without a computer; check out this link→How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support. Otherwise you will need a computer:

After restoring the phone using one of the methods above you can restore your most recent backup.
