If you've recently backed up your iPhone to iCloud, your can reset your device via plugging it into a computer.

To reset an iPhone using a computer, you can use iTunes: 

1. Connect your iPhone to your computer using the cable that came with it.
2. Open iTunes.
3. Select your iPhone when it appears in iTunes.
4. Click Restore in the Summary panel.
5. Click Restore again to confirm that you want to restore your device to factory settings and delete all data and content.

Afterward, you can set up your phone through your last saved iPhone backup.

If you have a backup of the phone, you can use the backup to restore the data on the phone during the new setup
