Disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem, especially an external display.

It appears you have a MBPro 16" (2019) laptop. If an external device is not causing the problem, then most likely you will need to have the Logic Board replaced on this laptop. The Logic Boards on the 2019 laptops (especially the 16" model) seem to have a much higher rate of failure than any other model. I have personally seen this while supporting my organization's Macs, plus the many posts on this Apple forum where the user confirmed Apple replaced the Logic Board to resolve these issues (there have been different Kernel Panics involved, some the same as yours).

Personally I would not repair it due to this high rate of failure, plus other known issues such as the Butterfly Keyboard which is very problematic as well (both due to a design & manufacturing defect). Plus if the Top Case Assembly has not been replaced recently (it includes the Palmrest, Keyboard, Trackpad, Touchbar, Battery, Speakers), then most likely you will be needing to replace the Battery soon which will cost at least $250 US (maybe more depending how it is repaired). Batteries typically need to be replaced at 3-5 years old. So consider the Battery replacement cost into whether it makes sense to repair this laptop or put the money towards a new laptop.
