Unknown birthday added to my calendar
There is a Mum’s birthday entered into my calendars I didn’t add it and it won’t give me the option of deleting.

It comes from Contacts.
You can select to see all birthdays in Contacts or none at all, look in Calendar's sidebar for the Birthdays calendar in the Other section.
