Unable to download

When I look at my Account Information in iTunes, I see "You have 1 items awaiting download" and next to it, a button with "Download Now" on it. The button appears to be live (changes from white to blue when I click on it) but nothing happens when I click it -- no download, no message, nothing. I've tried repeatedly, even logging out and logging in again, but still... nothing. I can't even find anywhere to identify what the item is. I believe it must be a movie, since I don't normally get anything else from iTunes. Any ideas welcome! (I'm using a PC with Windows 10)
