Hi there

Please see this

You can use your Apple ID email address, or other email addresses or phone numbers on file with your account, to sign in to your Apple ID. If you can't remember your Apple ID, try to sign in with an email address or phone number that you regularly use for Apple services.

If you're signed in on your device, you can find these email addresses and phone numbers in Settings or System Settings.

See if you're already signed in with your Apple ID

Check if you're signed in on your device. Or check if you're signed in to Apple apps or services

On your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch

  1. Tap Settings, then tap your name.
  2. Tap Sign-In & Security to find the email addresses and phone numbers that you can use to sign in.

On your Mac

  • In macOS Ventura or later, choose Apple menu  > System Settings, click your name, then click Sign-In & Security. You see the email addresses and phone numbers that you can use to sign in.
  • In earlier versions of macOS, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click Apple ID.

On your PC

Open iCloud for Windows, then look for your Apple ID under your name.

Other ways to find your Apple ID

  • Check if you're signed in to the App Store, FaceTime, or Messages on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or check if you're signed in to iTunes for Windows on a PC.
  • Go to iCloud.com or appleid.apple.com and see if your Apple ID prefills on the sign-in screen.
  • If you're part of a Family Sharing group, you can ask a family member to check their Family Sharing settings for your Apple ID.

FaceTime isn't available in all countries or regions.

Check your inbox for emails from Apple

Your Apple ID might be included in some emails from Apple. Search your inbox for receipts as well as repair, support, or billing emails from Apple.

If your email address is masked (j*****@icloud.com), the number of asterisks might not match the number of characters in your email address.

If you've only forgotten the Apple ID password, try and reset it at iforgot.apple.com

Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used. If you are currently using a mobile device that is logged into your account, go to Settings and tap your name at the top. Look in Keychain, and in a browser's security settings if you use it to automatically sign into Apple when using a browser.
