HomePod mini error message "Setup Failed (-12001)"

Hi,

I can't set up my HomePod mini (Model A2374, yellow) as the setup is cancelled with the error message "Setup Failed (-12001)". I checked and applied all recommendations from Setup requirements and Apple Support "If you can't set up HomePod or HomePod mini".

This is my second HomePod mini. I had no problem setting up my first one (orange) about 3-4 months ago.

I took yellow HomePod mini to a repair shop. With a service worker's iPhone, the set up was successfully.

There we removed the orange HomePod mini from my Home app. Now on set up and it gives the same error "Setup Failed (-12001)".

What can be done to make this working?

My iPhone is SE (3) with last iOS and I have 45Gb free in iCloud.
