Updated my Ultra2 to IOS 17.1 now my ECG and Blood Oxygen icons will not show on watch face wherever you put them,but touch where they are meant to be the app actually works,just can’t see those particular icons.

I contacted Apple tech today. They are aware of the problem. It’s a bug created in the watchOS 10.1 update. We will just have to wait for a fix in a further update!
Just updated to watch 10.1.1 and the issue is fixed. 👍
Unfortunately, Apple while fixing a bug, the update created another problem. They are very well aware of our demise & issues with important compilations we rely on our Ultra watches. We’re having to wait on a modernized update to correct these matters. So we wait.🥴
Same issue for me. Not sure if it’s the IOS 17.1 update or the watchOS 10.1 update that has caused another bug while fixing a bug!!

just realised I updated ultra 2 to 10.1 the day after I updated 15 pro to 17.1 that’s when I noticed ECG and Blood Oxygen icons not showing
