Disable Game Center iphone15 pm

I was playing my games just fine yesterday, specifically clash of clans. Today I try to log on and I get a Game Center screen I can’t get past like I always do, I will not be making a Game Center account. Period, end of discussion. All support articles say sign in and then disable, I will not be signing in to one. My username I have had for literally 18 years has been taken and it’s a pretty unique one based on its spelling. My alt usernames are taken too. I’m not making an account with a random bs player-whatever or a random animal name and number. How do I turn this crap off so I can play my games?
