Home Depot App not able to log in

I have a 13 ProMax. I can log into my Home Depot account on the web. The app requires a code sent to email to complete the log in process. After submitting for the email code a circle will just spin and the prompt for the email never sends. This is unique to my phone.


I have a iPhone 10 for my work. I downloaded the app signed in and immediately the email with the code was sent to my email. Any ideas of a setting that may be on stopping this mail prompt on the 13 ProMax?

Try this: check the network connection:

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
