Why isn't Apple Pay available in Wisconsin?
I tried to set up Apple Pay on my iPhone 13, it stated that AP isn't available in Wisconsin at this time.

This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you. We don't have access to unpublished Apple information and to my knowledge Apple hasn't published why.

Alabama residents must be 19 years of age or older to use Apple Pay Later.
Apple Pay Later is currently unavailable in Hawaii, New Mexico, Wisconsin, and the U.S. territories.
