Can’t enable FaceTime
Another device runs my account and can’t get it to work. I’ve tried to click FaceTime in settings but it’s grayed out and I’ve downloaded FaceTime but it needs the password and I won’t let me type it in.

You may want to check your computer or device is updated to the latest compatible OS available.
If already updated, try re-starting the computer or device ... may help re-connect / restore order.
