Can’t enable FaceTime

Another device runs my account and can’t get it to work. I’ve tried to click FaceTime in settings but it’s grayed out and I’ve downloaded FaceTime but it needs the password and I won’t let me type it in.

Seems you may need to add computer(s) / device(s) you use for FaceTime to your Apple ID account:

Apple ID log-in webpage:

https://appleid.apple.com/

Also: sign in to computer(s) / device(s) with your Apple ID:

Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support

You may want to check your computer or device is updated to the latest compatible OS available.

If already updated, try re-starting the computer or device ... may help re-connect / restore order.
