Is it okay to connect 2 extra LED monitors to my new Macbook air M2 by using “Dell 7-in-1 USB-C Multiport Adapter - DA310”??

Even if you plugged it into a Mac that has first-class hardware support for driving two or more external monitors, there is a footnote in the DA310's specifications (Video) section saying "Only one video output is supported at a time."

Presumably it consumes a USB-C (DisplayPort) signal and converts it to HDMI or to DisplayPort depending upon which video output port you use.
