Battery Life issue

I have a MacBook Air M1; the battery goes really fast; even when I just leave it without working, I come back, and the battery is gone.

First thing I'd try is booting into Safe Mode and leave it that way, to see if your battery is still draining too quickly. This Apple Support article describes how to do this: Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

There's a good chance you've got some third party software that's eating things up. Do you have any anti-virus, "Mac Cleaner", "Mac Optimizer" or VPN software installed? If so, delete them using the manufacturer's uninstaller (just dragging the app to the Trash doesn't usually delete them completely). These apps simply aren't needed on a Mac, and almost always create issues.

You can also run the Activity Monitor app to see which apps are using the memory, etc. You might see something there.

Hope this helps.

I don't see anything unusual in Activity Monitor. I assumed you tried Safe Boot as well?

If you're running MacOS 13.4, you should update to MacOS 14.1. Sometime a MacOS update scrubs away some "nasties" during the update process.

I do not know why the memory is bing using hard

I assumed you were running all those apps when you checked Activity Monitor? On an 8GB Mac such as yours, it's not a great idea to have all those apps running all the time. (Yes...it will be a hit on the battery, too). Probably a good idea to quit the apps when you're done with them, rather than leave them running.
