Reprint return label

If you didn’t make your own copy from with the first Print dialog box, or your own photocopy, then you’re out of luck.

it doesn’t say it anywhere on the page of instructions, but each time you hit the print return label it generates a new tracking number that is different from the first tracking number. It’s not intuitive at all.

fortunately, it keeps the same return authorization number, so they’ll link it up to you eventually - just you won’t be able to track it on the way back. It will finally show on your order status page once it goes through the Apple return inspection department.
