Watch face disappearing after 10.1 update

Updated my Watch 7 to watchOS 10.1. The watch face disappaers and only a small white watch icon with circling white dots is visible on the screen.

I can still use the watch apps and access settings by pressing the digital crown.

After restarting the watch operates normally for about 30 minutes after which the watch face disappears again.

Does anyone know solution to this?

my watch face changed and won't swipe to show faces why will my watch no longer swipe to show watch faces. it changed the face on its own and no matter how I swipe it right or left it won't go off this face
