Travelled to Australia and New Zealand earlier this year. Purchased esims at airports when landing in each country. After returning home, I was able to delete the eSIM for New Zealand, but there is no delete button on the screen for the Australian eSIM. The company is Telstra. I also have an eSIM for my local provider and it has a delete button. Help!

If it is an eSIM, Remove the data plan. If it is a physical SIM card, Contact yor Carrier. For better clarity watch the GIF below
