Hi randyfromnaples,
If those extra pages appear to be blank, perhaps there are some invisible objects that force Numbers to create extra pages. Those gremlins may be invisible because they have the same colour as the background.
In your document (not Print Setup view) Menu > Edit > Select All (command A) to show all objects. For example, Zoom 25%
Delete those gremlins and the unwanted pages will disappear.
Regards,
Ian.

Thank you for your input IAN.
The pages were not blank but had spreadsheet info on them on them.
As I previously stated.
The spread sheet was 90 rows long and I needed it to fit
on a 14x8.5 sheet of paper.
In reality I only needed 30 rows. so I readjusted the rows from 90 to 30 and that did the trick.
No need to change the %.

Do you mean when you print you’re getting more than one page?
If so then you may need to adjust the scale after you File > Print.
Or move the objects on the canvas closer together so they fit.
