Troubleshooting a Forgotten iPhone Passcode:

Hold it Right There!

Enter the passcode incorrectly too many times, and you'd likely be locked out for good. There is no words of " "No Service". So, google a phone number. So...

Chat with Apple, Requesting a Call:

If calling is of no luck, contact Apple Support directly to chat with an Apple Rep. Go to: support.apple.com. From there, select Get Support. Log in and then, perform a chat session with an Apple Rep, requesting a phone call from Apple.

Go to an Urban Area:

If you are in an extremely rural location, I would not expect there to be a "No Service" issue. So, go to a town/city and seen if it then works.

You have been given the answer several times, go back and read the posts.
