Bought it second hand so I don't know who the previous owner was. But as old as it is, I assumed that they are aware that they don't have it no more. I don't think it's stolen but I can't get into it.

Return the phone for a refund, unless you paid nothing.....which is what the phone is probably worth. It is not even compatible with newer LTE, much less 4G or 5G.

Hello~ No…it will not get 5G. If it is activation locked you will not be able to unlock it. What you have is a nice paper weight… sorry.
