Ticketmaster Pass Disabled
I have two concert tickets from Ticketmaster in my Wallet. When originally added, all was okay. They are now saying “pass disabled” and that they’re associated with another Apple ID. I’ve searched for any information on this, and can’t figure out what the issue is.
-the tickets were purchased directly from Ticketmaster
-I know for a fact that they are not in anyone else’s Wallet
-iOS is up to date, as it the Ticketmaster app
-in fact, I’ve since upgraded from an XR where the issue started, to a 15 Pro where there problem persists
-I’ve tried restarting
-I’ve tried removing from Wallet and adding again
Any ideas? This is driving me insane.
