iMessage not activating

I want to use my Apple ID for my iMessages but it wont activate I’ve tried everything

iPhone SE, iOS 17

If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime read this support article --> If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime on your iPhone - Apple Support

- Note the sections at the bottom about "Still not activated...?" and "Get more help."
