iPhone 13 after restore white screen need update to restore.

The device had issues with the network connection and after a network reset the problem continues, so next step forward do a factory restore seems to complete the process on find an other device or continue without an other device stuck on white screen needs update to be restore.

iPhone is glitching and stuck on "Hello" screen Please help! I tried to transfer data from one phone to my iphone 14 and it needed to be updated. It got stuck on “about your update” screen after “preparing update” I turned the phone off and is now stuck glitching on the hello screen. Unable swipe up and enter password. Will glitch and go back to “hello”. The iphone has been fully erased prior so unable to connect to itunes and restore. Ive tried a hard reset however still comes back to the same screen.
