Go to Settings/Bluetooth. Any entries that say “Connected” are connected to your iPhone. In addition, if you have multiple devices that share an Apple ID they can share limited data with your phone. You can see those devices by going to Settings/[your name] and scrolling down. This will list all of the devices that share your Apple ID.
