No.

You can transfer AppleCare to a new owner of the iPhone or you can cancel AppleCare. See: Transfer your AppleCare plan - Apple Support

Transferring AppleCare to Another Device:

No. AppleCare cannot be transferred to another device. It goes by device. So, you'll have to get a new AppleCare plan. That's just the way Apple has it.
