That would depend on the internet service you have. Some routers have a default wifi name printed on a label in the back or bottom of the router.

Finding the Name of a Network:

Have another devices? The SSID is the name of the network. So, if you have any other devices that you use, then power them up, see if it connects to the web. Open your network settings on a Mac or a PC and see what is shown.
