Voortdurend de foutmelding "Time-out van de verbindingen met de server 'p43-imap.mail.me.com' via de standaardpoorten" in de mail app van Apple zelf op mijn Mac. Gaat om het iCloud account, dus allemaal in-huis bij Apple. Iemand een oplossing?

I just tried to send and receive email using my iCloud account, no problem from my Mac or iPhone.
There have been issues with iCloud services two days ago, but they have been resolved from Apple's side.

Any firewall or Anti-Virus software installed that might block the contact to Apple servers?
To check the ports for Mail, fill in your Mail address on this Apple page and compare the settings with those in the Mail App:

Both Mac's are running the same macOS as the MacBook?
Did you already delete the iCloud Mail account and set it up again on the iMac?

Thanks for the advice! I will inform Apple directly. My iMac (with the issue) is running on MacOS 13.6.1, my MacBook is running on MacOS 14. Updating my iMac to MacOS 14 is impossible (2017 build, Intel processor - MacOS 14 is running only on Macs with Apples own M-processors). Deleting the iCloud Mail account is not a good idea, as it is integrated in iCloud services - you can only delete them all. Changing the settings of the iCloud account in Mail is impossible, as these settings are automatically generated by the overall iCloud account. So, I 'm in a loop here...

Same problem here. The problem occurs on my my MacBook Air but not on my MacMini.
