Hello, I purchased my iPhone in the USA and added Apple Care to it. However, my iPhone's region is set to Bosnia and Herzegovina. I keep getting a notification to complete the Apple Care setup. But when I try to finalize it, I can't find Apple Care listed under subscriptions.

I would Contact - Official Apple Support to ask if you;re really subscribed as it is not in your subscriptions. It could be that you're not subscribed because you don't meet the requirements for the subscription (the region requirements)
If your region is set to Bosnia you must buy apple care in Bosnia, subscriptions are region bound.
So I need to wait for this subscription to expire and buy a new one?
