Afterpay card not adding to wallet and it’s saying you need to contact Afterpay to verify ?

I’ve had issues with adding my Afterpay card to my wallet on my iPhone. I had contacted them and they advised me to delete the card from wallet and wait 24 hrs to reattempt and that didn’t change anything as it saying to contact Afterpay to verify. keep in mind my account is verified and I have used Afterpay for very long time So I was abit confused as to why it didn’t work.

here’s how I got my Afterpay pay in store card on my phone

-step 1

I Contacted Afterpay to cancel my instore card

step 2

removed Afterpay card from wallet

step 3

go on to Afterpay app and re- add your card
