System reset using these key - option +command + R

1. Clear my disk utility complete
2. Reinstall macOS Sammona
3. After complete install system restart
4. Run load bar for some time
5. After I got this Meesage from macOs upgrade assistant that - "Some apfs cryptographic state information was unexpectedly unavailable (- 69461)"
6. Please give me the best solution that really works.
