What is error message 0x80090302? It says cant turn on Genius but my problem is that I cant update my itunes Library

I cant update my itunes Library. I am using Windows 7

Windows 7 has outdated security protocols and is no longer able to connect to the iTunes Store, which is likely required to support the Genius feature. Time to upgrade to Windows 10 or 11. See https://www.zdnet.com/article/can-you-still-get-a-windows-10-upgrade-for-free/.
