Cellular data not working on iPhone 13 pro
My wife’s iPhone 13 Pro is not receiving cellular data. We’ve taken it to the cellular service store and replaced the SIM card. It works for about a half hour and then doesn’t again. I started to dig into the settings and while we have the same phone model and iOS 16.7.1 our cellular data screens look different so I think it is a phone setting that is messed up. However I can’t figure out why or what to do to get the cellular data working again on the phone.
FYI - I’ve changed the “cellular data” option to “personal” and “primary” but nothing changes other than it added options under sims.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
