Since internal SSD is not upgradeable, am looking for external SSD to use with MacBook Air M1.

External SSD for the new Mac Mini M4 I bought the basic mac mini model with 250GB space and now looking for best external SSD to go with it. I have shortlisted Crucial X9 Pro and X10 Pro but not sure which one should perform better. I use an Adata branded SSD, and it works fine.

You may want to look into USB-C drives directly.

Another option from a trusted vendor is MacSales.com's SSD drives.
