Why my videos keep turning like this?

I have been an editor for multiple years now but this problem is recent. I keep importing and working on files that are present in my computer but the clips keep turning red and then going back to normal.

This makes it so hard to edit as I can't see the audio track or other informations.

Can anybody help me?

Hmmm, the only time I've seen that is when someone had a synchronized clip, then mistakenly took the audio files offline. Have you double checked to make sure that the audio clips are available? Are they stored on a separate drive or anything? Are they outside or within the library?

Do you hear audio when it's red? Especially on clip IMG0690.

Also what do you see when you go inside the synchronized clip?

Are you using any custom roles and toggling them on and off?

Red usually indicates missing media or altered media. When it's red, if you highlight the clip and hit Shift Command R to Reveal in Finder, is the clip there and in the right place? Does it play okay in Quicktime?
