When I go to my passwords in settings on my IPhone 15 and try to log on to a website I get a passwords locked message.
this happens we using the passwords in settings. When I use an app I can log in to that website, but I don’t have an app for all my websites.
The settings app is not set up to open websites.
If you use Safari to go to the website, you should be prompted to fill in the password. Is that not happening?

You should be able to view those passwords using Face ID/touch ID or your iPhone passcode.

Look on your other devices.
Is Keychain Set Up?:
As for the password, look in Keychain on your Mac. If it is not set up, as of yet, then set it up. Then, look at the contents for this password:
I can see the actual passwords in settings passwords the problem is they are locked so I can’t open the website
