POC charting for CNAs

Hello,

I am wondering what Ipad generation would be appropriate for charting on POC (or PCC, e.g. Point Click Care) for CNAs at a long term care facility. I am looking for a generation that isnt the newest because of price but one that could suffice for 5 years or so.
