Dots on iPhone screen

On the bottom of my screen, there is a row of colorful pixels that only are visible when my phone screen is on. They cover a quarter of an inch and are in every color.

White dots on frame I have white dots on the frame of iPhone 13 blue. Mobile phone is always in case and I don’t know why it happens. Is there anyone else with same problem? How can I solve it? Thanks
