I cannot get my new credit card to be accepted. Repeated times tried. It is not the card. I says my my iCloud and iTunes are disabled.

It did not work. I changed my apple password and tried 2 more times and it still says disabled so cannot change cc.

The same for me cannot add payment. It says apple cannot verify.
