How to raise an issue without ir being deleted for 'not being constructive?

Can anyone advise me please on how to raise a frustrating issue on the forums, without having the post deleted for 'not being constructive'?


By its very nature, a frustration is unlikely be full of praise. However, even including praise within the comment doesn't prevent it being deleted if there is any criticism - for me at least. (I see other posts are not deleted).


If anyone can please advise on the precise language one is permitted to use I'd be grateful. Thanks.

We are other users and are not privy to the moderation criteria. But, there is one thing: the ToU requires that it'd be a technical question or answer ("the phone does not turn on").
