Two different Apple IDs and 2 different users sharing one Apple Watch?

There is no smooth transition when an Apple Watch is moved from one iPhone to another or from one Apple ID to another. You will have to unpair and re-pair the Apple Watch, each time, when you switch iPhones and Apple IDs. This is, of course, if you want to use all of the Apple Watch's functions as intended with an Apple iPhone.

Yes the data must be backed up successfully on iCloud or on a computer by both iPhones (Apple IDs). Each time the Apple Watch must be unpaired and then paired to the desired iPhone (Apple ID) and restored from that backup. Not sure if all this is worth the hassle of sharing an Apple Watch with two different Apple IDs and iPhones.
