Accessing iCloud account without phone number

Since early 2020, I've been using a secondary iCloud account as I was locked out of my original one after my old phone broke. The phone number linked to that account was a TextNow number, which has since been retired. TextNow only let's you keep your number for a certain amount time with their free plan if you aren't consistently sending texts or making calls, and I only ever used that number to recieve verification codes. When I got a new phone and tried logging in to my original account, it sent a text to my TextNow number, which I of course didn't receive because I no longer had access to that number. I don't remember what the number was and I have no record of it anywhere, I've been searching for the past 4 years almost. Is there any way that I can confirm my account using security questions or something?
