Why doesn't Apple allow the user to select or opt out of their emails? The help section is remarkably devoid of a solution that actually works.

Thank you. I can see that. But none of the email sections are checked for my Apple account. There is no place to save them unchecked. I still get emails from Apple. Why doesn't Apple offer a way to opt out of everything like responsible consumer businesses?
What type of emails are you getting?
Apple Arcade emails. I don't play any games on computers or phones.
