Why can’t I open Notes in iCloud
my yellow notes on iPad are locked with passcode and I would like to read them in iCloud .it will not allow me to read notes in iCloud . Help please

Recovering Note Passwords:
What the passcode is, is anybody's guess. So, if you have it written down somewhere, or a digital file of it, then, you can retrieve it that way. Elsewise, it is locked.
Unlocking Notes:

- Scroll to: If you forgot your notes password
- Proceed form there as necessary
