Why is my Health app’s medication reminder telling me to take a medication two weeks early?

I take a B12 once every 30 days. I have it setup in the health app that way. I have even a recorded log from Oct 19th of taking the medication. Yet the app is telling me today I need to take it again. Obviously, this could be dangerous if it is telling me it’s time to take meds when it’s not.
